In Sydney most Krav Maga schools start their training program with an induction session.
The induction is generally a 60 minute training session in which you will cover some of the basic self-defence techniques and will be prepared for joining the regular classes.
Krav Maga induction session is accessible to all. You don’t need to be an expert in Martial Art or to have a high level of fitness to join this introduction class.
In your Induction Session you will cover some of the topics below:

- Defences against common grabs
- Krav Maga basic principles
- Tactical behaviour
